getting this error while installing android games

Run from terminal as root:
pkill pkgmgrd
pkill pkgmgrd

and after this try again

Ok I found what cause the problem with notifications popup windows when you press on the icon.
the restarting process of /sbin/initctl restart xsession/devicelockd cause this problem.
An I need help to find which process we need to restart for get notifications work again...
