Sorry for the stupid question below but I just waned to be sure:
For the moment installed on the phone is the German 009 firmware so if I use my Sim tray fw which is 001 its means doing an fw downgrade, which supposedly cant be done because its not allowed by the system, or this is only if you use the normal flasher, and with Phoenix flasher can be done a fw downgrade? So should I proceed with the German fw or my Sim tray one?

I am not sure if the downgrade restriction is effective when using phoenix. I think that it is the phone itself that allows or disallows the downgrade. if you can get the phoenix working and downloading files. I would try the german version 009 and do both PR and emmc as long as it meets your requirements.
stay away from the chinese files.

btw what is the sim tray code?is it the LTA?

Hello. Didn't Nokia block NaviFirm (and Phoenix) from the general public? I've been unable to use NaviFirm (error message states something about authenticity or whatever) and Phoenix won't even run.
I bricked my N9 just last night while trying to re-install the OS from Nokia Suite (against my better judgement). So, now, I'm looking for a method to fix my screw-up.
Thanks.

The product code on SIM tray is 059K172
I am downloading the firmwares for this code (1.2, 1.3) and also the German version, and I will try them all to see it any of them can flash till the end. I'll let you know how it goes.

you can go to the mrcrab site and use winflasher
or afaik you can still use phoenix if you have that pgm.
or you could get the files downloaded from phoenix and flash with winflasher.

I would try the upgrade first, if not you may be stuck with 1.2.
I dont see why you wouldnt be able to upgrade unless the phone has some kind of firmware lock like my chinese N9.

The problem is that when I got the phone, the company that send it to me had installed the 1.3 software but the phone wasn't working correctly so that's why I installed the German software but still it gives the same problem and the same flashing error over and over.
