Wishful thinking : the other half is a keyboard-dock, like a N9 which can be a N950. Touch Jolla smartphone for the masses, touch-qwerty-keyboard Jolla smartphone for the geeks who love X Terminal.

They don't have the IP or the hard-hitting engineering to deliver the type of imaging tech that Nokia can.
But surely they can deliver a better modular QWERTY Keyb than what MS's done for the Surface.
