You can use MOLOME application. It is sort of instagram, but with it's own community.
MOLOME saves your edited photos on the phone even after you uploaded it to MOLOME service and u can upload it to whatever you want.

Is there any apps for Gallery to get some new photo filters and effects? Maybe someone is planning to develop such? I like four of those implemented in 1.3, but still, want some more instagram-like effects.
