I have searched this topic, so dont kill me if i missed it.

My 2GB SD card has worked fine until now. I was testing videos i encoded and copying and switching between comp and n800 and it now says corrupt memory card or improper format.

The computer still reads and writes to it just fine (I formated FAT32) but the n800 is still complaining its corrupt. I've tried formatting on the n800 and it starts but then the little bar just disappears. and the "repair" feature doesnt work of course.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I want to report that I am having this problem as well. I have not yet tried turning off and removing battery, but I'm now wondering if there is something in the OS or in one of the apps that is corrupting cards.

FYI: I have a 2GB Kingston SD card (not SDHC) bought from Buy.com at the beginning of December.
