i am using "alarmed" application ("A simple GUI frontend to Maemo's alarmd scheduling backend"):

and was wondering if it is possible to create a shell script to enable/disable existing tasks.

where are the tasks being saved?

I use the command line functions from a shell script to set an alarm for 15 minutes after I have Alarmed connect to the internet & play an internet radio station as my clock radio.
