Streamripper from http://www.debernardis.it/n800/strea...1.27.armel.deb should work even if compiled under os2007 sdk. Let me know if you find problems.

In the program's preferences search for 'record a stream' (could be in other words, I don't have an English locale) and insert there a command line like the following:
streamripper %q -d /home/user/streams --xs_silence_length=800 --xs_search_window=8000:1000
Music files go into /home/user/streams - you can change it as you like.
The timings work for the station I've been recording (italian graffiati!)
