So there is backup for my files even if I did not backup them before this happend? The technicians are telling me that there isn't a way to retrieve information.

You dont have to do firmware download part.
And you will have only 1 file in video there was folder with 5 files.

You dont need Navifirm thats only firmware downloading program.

Right, so after downloading the firmware : http://nds2.fds-fire.nokia.com/p/d/f...M1-958_ARM.bin then, I just open flasher?

Flasher is a command line tool, there is no graphical user interface!
you need to open a command line promt (cmd.exe) with admin privileges and execute the commands

Yep, I have to type/copy paste in a command. Do I use the flasher tool or cmd? What do I do after downloading the firmware. Do I open it with some program?
