ah yes, my bad, my root user has setuid credential so I forgot

but on normal phones you can then call:
devel-su -l user

Or if you install opensh with all capas, then even root can delete user files.

Now this is really getting weird

I am in open mode and have no problems removing files of user as root.
But I cannot su - user as root ! ???

And why on earth you (rainisto) have another root user?
Just a rhetoric question. so you do not need to answer...

BTW/OT: I still (never) understood what develsh is for? (just giving a few capas more? more than you have in devel-su? or what?)

I dont have another root user, just one, but I've enabled root ssh access, and when you login directly as root without going through devel-su, you get better capas. (Just like if you login through serial console you get even better capas ;-))

Ah, I see

Do you have the RD cert or just plain edited ssh.conf?

peter,
Open mode root allows you to delete files owned by user however this doesn't work in normal mode due to aegis...

That's what I did not know (and almost could not believe)!

Ah, cmon...
I live in both worlds now. And installed open mode kernel at an early stage, so I am happy (just missing HW keyboard heavily).

I've patched system binaries to think that I have RD cert, even when I don't have

ok i'll try to be more clearer and specific i downloaded a movie and by default for some really strange reason it saves in home user
so the move directorie currently looks like this:

/home/user/Fast And Furious 6[2013]WEBRip Xvid-Etrg

i uninstalled the torrential app as i thought it might be seeding or something yet i cannot edited it in anyway possible not even renaming it same applies for folders inside it

one of the tweaks in schurtman's N9quicktweak gives you a version of filebox with privileges beyond /home/user/MyDocs did not work

and as for through the terminal it has problems understanding the name with all the space and signs it just takes the word fast is that clear enough ?

Just use normal filebox not root one.

If you cant find file with normal filebox go filebox settings and turn "show root filesystem" on.
