aah finally problem solved, i dunno how, but now again something got wrong i think cuz after booting phone it take 30 to 40 seconds to show "MyDocs" until that no files and folder in file manager.

Nothing wrong with your partitions. I can think of three options:
  • You are connected to a PC in mass storage mode
  • You were connected to a PC in mass storage mode but the phone thinks you still are
  • You have a file system corruption and the phone takes 30 to 40 seconds to run fsck
