Hello there, you may have come across my "Finger or stylus, PLEASE pick one!" thread some time ago. As is apparent from my writings there I seriously can't stand good apps with crippled UIs. While I'm not a developer myself and really don't have any experience coding (but eager to learn), I feel like I have a good eye for spotting navigation problems within apps and could be helpful in suggesting new ways to improve navigation and the overall UI. I'd love to do this simply to help create apps that are more ergonomic and useful for the end user because I realize my own frustration when trying to work with certain applications and understand how it also applies to other users. Please let me know if anyone would like personal and direct feedback for the UI of their app that they would like to improve, I would be very happy to assist!

sure, try squishee at http://garage.maemo.org/projects/squishee (try version 0.2-3) and the writeroom clone that I just created a thread for in this forum area. both are in very early stages, but that's when its easiest to change design decisions.
