Hi smart people...

Does anyone know of a app that will work on OS2008 that does H.323 video conferencing ala MS Netmeeting or Polycom or Tandberg VC systems?

Use GTalk or Gizmo. There is no equivalent of MS Netmeeting yet for ITs.

I think there is a port of Ekiga Somewhere but I'm not sure it still support H323 ... (Ekiga is the new name of gnomeMeeting ...)

You have H.263/H.263+ SIP video support built-n if that's an option with your systems.

I admin a large H.323 video conferencing network for a Higher Ed org. Some of my H.323 endpoints (Tandbergs) support sip as well as my Codian MCU..and I guess I could see about enabling SIP on that end...but I'd really love to have something that will dial H.323 from my N800...H.263/H.264 codec support really isn't the issue..

allanwalker, do you realy use gomeetnow on the N800??
