Only idiots does think that is good for an upstart. Now if that happened to Nokia they would have big recourses to start investigation on it and make sure they guys get jailed. Small companys has not.

So lets hope its only some Jolla employer sold it when he was "out on a pub, drinking to much" because if so worst case would be he/she gets fired...

It's not automatically hurting a small company more than a big one. In fact, it is not even sure its bad for sales.

I doubt anyone copying jolla design now. Firstly, its not that unique and the basics are already out there. secondly, why copy a unproven design? it doesn't make sense.

Edit: And On Topic, it's a bit weird that @kwljz's tweets since have been made on Twitter for Ipad, Mobile Web (M5)[?], and Web. And has this OS version popped up anywhere else yet? [0.98.0.295]

I've no idea what your blathering on about, regardless, this is getting way beyond the bounds of being minutely interesting.

If he's not clued-up enough to post technically profound/interesting stuff, what's the point.
If it was Brian Klug from Anandtech, ArsTech, or one of the brains from the Maemo/MeeGo community, it might make sense.

Would be great if anyone could ask him for an image as confirmation. Still not sure he actually has the phone in his possession. Without the phone his comments are just like anybody in this forum. Guesses.
