This situation caused by inproper package naming, i.e.
"ruby-1.9.3-p448.deb" instead of "ruby_1.9.3-p448_armel.deb" or "ruby_1.9.3_armel.deb" (as should be according to debian control file).

You can reupload packages with proper naming, or wait a bit, until I make some patches to openrepos internals for additional package processing.

UPD: Hotfix is now live, all packages should be accessible via personal repositories.

It's the same. I please CODeRUS put it repo coz NBL sooner or later remove all meego/symbian stuff. So it's just in case and in addition to patches created by CODeRUS for NPT. It's good when evetything in da place!

You have just replaced deb at openrepos.net
It takes from 1 to 3 mins for deb to be pushed to your repository. After that you should Fetch repository info to get new infromation about packages(or press refresh button at system package manager or wait until harmattan do it himself).
Your phone knows about old deb(which you have deleted) and dont know about new deb(which you have uploaded).

After new info will be fetch you will be able to install your aplication.

If you mean "refresh" action within warehouse, then it is already there and called "Fetch repository info".

Still the same for pastebin!!!

The main point here, is that you package has inproper naming "pastebinformeego_1_345767.0.0_armel.deb"
to get it working right now, name it as "applicationname_version_arch.deb"

In this case it should be "pastebinformeego_1.0.0_armel.deb"
