Im not 100% this is in fact whats happened however after a check with authorities the result is it looks like wherever my phone has been the texts have originated from also the phone sending them has an imei registered to someone close but that phone was a cheap throw away one
the question is it possible for somebody to send texts to my phone and make it appear the phone they are sending it from be in the same place as my phone?
also making it look like the imei is from a phone registered to another person?
