of course they need your order number to verify your order if you want to change it.

Order ID plus date could be priority number but NOT for jolla since they explicitly said. That they will inform you about your priority number after preorder period in receipt and so they must use another number for that. I'm still waiting for my number or info about this. It's up to jolla to inform us about this since they wrote that on receipt.

If I was Olla I would explain how these 450 was selected and then explain how the order/ priority will work. I fear that people got selected on other things than order date(and prior for the first days of campaign) I don't like the smell of it.

As a business, even a small business must remember and act accordingly to the info they give to customers. Especially when it's Written in official document like receipt.

Please if anyone of you jolla employees read this. Can you explain when we get the priority number. If you are not authorized to please inform correct person so he she can explain or send it to us. Thank you.

Disclaimer: This is not any official statemant, just my afaik.

Order ID is your priority number. Invitation to DNA launch party was sent to _all_ 100e first wave preorder ones (as they are the only ones to get TOH), and of those 450 first registered to DNA invitation page will get in. Atleast in invitation it says that you only need to pay 299e in the party place, so it would indicate that 40e preorders were not invited to party (but they still have priority in form of Order ID then distribution starts in December). In reality you should ask DNA about these details as they are handling the party and device distribution.

What about the revealed processor type - snapdraggon 400 @ 1.4 ghz. Seems ok?

It was originally explained as not being lump/upfront funding, instead something that was phased & conditional, but apparently even that's not true.
Shame, but unsurprising due to the lack of news on deliveries on other fronts. I guess it will be slow and painful for Jolla...

Same as in the HTC One mini and SG S4 mini. Both seem to get good reviews speed-wise.

Chip is capable of running Android and WP, as well as connectivity with the networks in Russia and China, multi-sim support, LTE, the works.

Running at 1.7 on the S4 mini, so with my limited knowlegde I could conclude overclocking should not be a problem. I'm very sure it will run just fine now, but you never know

Thanks for clarifying this yet again. I got the same answer = Order ID is your priority number earlier in the autumn when I asked about it by email.

From DNA´s invitation letter (Which I haven´t gotten yet, despite ordering the 100e version in the 1st batch. Being patient though=):
"Paikat tilaisuuteen jaetaan puhelinten ennakkovarausjärjestys huomioiden."
"Places to the event are handed out keeping in mind the order in which the phones were ordered."

So the time when you register to DNA shoudn´t matter, just the order in which the (100e) pre-orders were placed.

No, that can't be true. I was in the 1st batch, ordered the €100 option and didn't receive an invitation to the launch party.

Note that the DNA email says that you should confirm your registration to the event at latest by 17.11, i.e tomorrow.

Maybe DNA will open up more spots, because at least I'm not using my invite and there's gotta be qute many people who won't be trekking to Helsinki.

DNA only sent invites to the first few hundred pre-orders (450?).

How many devices can jolla send per day? 10,100, 1000, 10000.

All in first preorder campaign should get notification within first week?

Now, that is the question, you see... I was under the impression that they wouldn't sell everything in Europe due to bookings in China, but the news article that jalyst posted kind of reduces the probability of that happening.

I hope the best for Jolla (well, to any alternative to Android/iOS for that matter), and I think China is at least an accelerator to their success.
