I flashed my n9 but now developer mode I did not install .... Can not find the package. how can I? thanks

For some reason the developer mode package can easier be installed over 3g connection.

create an access point on a laptop with connectify app . then use expot shield to connect to proxy server then select that proxy connection from connectify (internet to shre) and start the wifi hotspot ,, then connect ur n9 to that wifi and try enable developer mode
