you're right about them beeing still in that timeframe of the 3-4 weeks. But still the *impression* it gives to "ignore" the non-finnish preorders and start selling the Phone in regular (DNA)-stores in Finland is not that good in my opinion. Especially after the whole "I am the First One" campain connected to the preordering.
On the other hand it's still all speculation, we'll see if it holds true on wednesday.

now understan this: its bussines its way more important they get as many devices sold as possible or else you can forget about updates for the phone in the future cause jolla dissapear. Now thats why we may seems not get device as fast as operator shop. I personally happy that thw get device out in shop before chrustmas the more sold the better for all un the end!

I don't think anyone is having a problem reading. They are working under the impression that has previously been given that preorders were expected to be delivered before general sale to the public started.
It is also fair to say that the "3-4 weeks after payment" phrase was introduced very, very late into proceedings (and was for a while described as a pessimistic estimate by Jolla) - and pretty clearly came about because there was no actual stock available at launch (but Jolla didn't want to own up to that for reasons of their own).

Doesn't change a thing, they wont be well seen... I was expecting to get mine at least at the same time as DNA starts to sell them in Finland...

Sure - but the point is communication. Why have Jolla kept tight-lipped about this, why do they remain tight-lipped about why they had to make the 3-4 week delivery statement, why do they remain tight-lipped about how the priority delivery order is being ignored to deliver to Finland first, why did they not mention that the OS was a beta until November, etc. etc.
None of these are particularly insurmountable issues. But they colour people''s perception. And I'd have thought that a start-up wouldn't really want to alienate their market. Unless of course pre-order people are not really their market ...
