i guess, you did not understand the meaning of [support thread], it means, you support other people with problems, they have with your application.

I'm using a Nokia N9 with Harmattan PR1.3 since a while, and OpenRepos.net is great for me. But I'm having some problems.
1) Non-userlevel packages: I can't install many non-userlevel packages from Warehouse. But using apt-get install from shell seems to work sometimes, other times just don't. I think aegis has some problems with these packages. Can I disable it?
2) When I use Warehouse, then I can't use apt-get from shell because there's a problem with the lock file, although Warehouse has been already closed.
