That's true for google maps. But even then, on the N9, you immediately get redirected to the lame wap "text-only"-like version of the site.

In the google music case I don't think there is a specific adress for the mobile version, you're just supposed to get redirected to it... If you're on an iphone that is...

We need to be able to change user-agent on the stock browser.
Then we should be able to go to the mobile version that's for iOS.

There's got to be a way to do this under-the-hood of the stock browser.
But maybe it's not there at all, can't recall now....

Other option may be via Fennec, using some method to spoof/change user-agent.

There is a trick to accessing the touch friendly version:

Go to GOOGLE+, it will be the HTML5 view. If not then scroll down and select MOBILE instead of BASIC MOBILE.

Then on top, there is a bar for all services, I access GMAIL/Calendar all of them, which are not the text on versions that way.

Wonder if I can do the same with Google music..

Any updates on this? I don't really want to change my browser user agent...

I've started writing an app to provide support for Google Music (they only just launched in the UK, so I haven't been able to until now). Currently it can retrieve a list of all your music and get an URL to stream a song with; when I get back from a couple of weeks away on a work trip I'll see about getting it into a more finished state.

Sorry, I never really found the time to get it into a more polished and usable state. I've pushed the code here if anyone wants to finish it off: https://github.com/Elleo/serenade
