I've accidentaly deleted the whole /data/data folder. Don't ask how, I wanted to remove the data of just one Android app...

The question is -- what have I lost? Does reinstalling Alien Dalvik & Android apps suffice (which I'm trying to do now), or do I have to reinstall everything? Is it safe to reboot my phone?

you removed cache of all installed andriod apps. some of them can still continue working, other should be reinstalled.
