Works! Man, the registration proces with Mitakuuluu is really smooth. You do not even have to type in the number you receive through SMS. All done automatically. Splendid work.

0.8.0 broke the notifications. If i had a conversation open with a friend 1, screen closes and i get messages from friend 2, it wont show anything in notification menu

I noticed quite a big increase in battery consumption after updating to 0.8.0-2. Has anyone else noticed this? I'm not sure if Mitäkuuluu is to blame, but I think it is the only thing I changed/updated recently.

I've also seen this. It seems as if mitakuulu sometimes starts to use 100% CPU, Jolla gets really hot in this cases. I enabled Logfile writing and will try to get a log that catches this behavior.

It happened to me yesterday.

I was travelling by car from London to Kent and of course signal went up and down and phone switched from no signal to 2G to 3G to 4G often (which is already an issue on its own [4G]) and I found Mitakuulu daemon stuck several time and killed my battery

yeah, it seems to be connected to switching the internet connection. It happened for me too yesterday while I was traveling by train and today when my jolla switched to the belgian network (my workplace is near the border between germany and belgium) and back to the german network several times.

You didn't like when Mitakuuluu loosing connection and didn't reconnected automatically. Now you dont like when it trying to reconnect with your weak connection ten times in a hour and eating battery

You should live with it or learn to manage your internet connection/stopping internet applications manually.
