[2014-10-23 Thu 10:16:31] <jusa_> as for my background, I was part of the audio team implementing all the PulseAudio stuff for N900 (and N9, and Jolla)
[2014-10-23 Thu 10:17:16] <DocScrutinizer05> jusa_: !!!!! you're the person we waited for desperately!! WELCOME!
[2014-10-23 Thu 10:19:31] <jusa_> thanks.. I have quite a lot of stuff happening, so I'm not sure how fast I can reply with things, but I really want to help as best as I can

@Joerg.. couple of questions:-
1: what eMMC size do you envisage for neo900. Seen talk of 64GB. Would be great.
2: will neo900 support 128GB SD card? My n900`s do.
But to answer your question. If I'm honest it comes down to a few factors. 1) Technology is changing at a rapid pace, so tomorrow could bring an unknown product that fits my needs. 2) Sending money oversee to an unknown group is tuff (although the neo group help by being part of the community and being open about progress) 3) Justifying putting money into this great project or other more pressing expenses.
With all that said, I already have debates in my head countering
1) It's unlikely that anyone will come out with a device that has both a Wacom type pen and a keyboard that will work with other open OS (the Note does cut it)
2)This is towards the end of the fund raising, so with many people already having sent money in, getting refunded and all info been post publicly, I would tend to trust neo900 group with my money.
3) I already have the money, just would love to see open Maemo running on it
You asked, but thank for the little push.
