This is due to surplus votes and transferred votes of eliminated members!?
You were just the last one out of 5.
What I forgot to say in earlier post:
thanks to all who voted and special thanks to all who gave their okay to be voted for( i.e. The candidates
). I really hope we will see you again in 6 months and that your time will come. Any 5 out of those 11/10 would make a great council.

It is just as @peterleinchen explained. Fractional Transfer works so that first all candidates are weighed based on the order of all the cast ballots, then when someone reaches election treshold the surplus votes that were cast for that candidate are divided to other candidates, and this is continued iteratively until the set number of candidates (here n=5) have reached treshold.
