Excuse me? Whether you like it or not, it is a bug. I would say the exact opposite, do not call a bug an expected behaviour.

(Please note that I am talking in general terms as a software developer and user, irrespective to MeeCast. I have never noticed the strange behaviour but if I did, I would also find it odd.)

Thanks, now that's clear! I did not notice this behaviour previously, so perhaps it's related to recent Sailfish updates that made things slower.

@coderus: I didn't call it a bug, I called it a problem and an issue, because IMHO it *is* an odd behaviour, and it did not happen before.
Whether the cause was Meecast, Sailfish or a PEBKAC, that's what I was inquiring vasvlad about.

Hi.
I've uploaded the new version of MeeCast and MeeCast daemon to OpenRepos
https://openrepos.net/content/vasvla...ast-sailfishos
https://openrepos.net/content/vasvlad/meecast-daemon

And I've uploaded the new package meecast-lockscreen (Patch: MeeCast on LockScreen)
https://openrepos.net/content/vasvla...ast-lockscreen

Patch working only on Vaarainjärvi (u10) release

I didn't found any problems using this patch, but it still at your own risk.

See screenshot below.

I confirm this bug for hko source. I'm going to fix it ASAP.

Please update meecast daemon to version 0.3 and reboot your device.

Thank you for this :-)

I encountered two strange behaviours until I uninstalled and reinstalled the daemon: after a reboot the bluetooth icon appeared in the lockscreen even when bluetooth was off and the widget won't update ...

After reinstalling the daemon and anothe reboot everithing works as expected ...

obviously your bluetooth issues are not related to meecast
