My quick and clumsy N900 Weechat 1.1.1 build for all you IRC junkies. Because why not.

It currently ships the following plugins: alias, charset, exec, fifo, irc, logger, lua, python, perl, relay, script, tcl, trigger and xfer.

Quick start:

1) Mouse / touch support:

/set weechat.look.mouse on
/mouse enable

2) Bind gestures up / down for easy "scrolling":

/set weechat.look.key_bind_safe off
/key bindctxt mouse @chat:button1-gesture-down /window page_up
/key bindctxt mouse @chat:button1-gesture-up /window page_down
/key bindctxt mouse @chat:button1 /window scroll_bottom

Last command takes you back to the bottom of a buffer after a single tap on the screen.

3) Hide nicklist (more space):

/set weechat.bar.nicklist.hidden on

4) Weechat can download any script from https://weechat.org/scripts/ directly so for example do:

/script install iset.pl

Then type /iset and tweak all other options as you want.

Package reuploaded - now with SSL support. Unfortunately there is some SSL bug involved "delay/lag when sending a large number of lines" https://github.com/inspircd/inspircd/issues/768 (but it works).

Bonus tip - you can hide xterm bottom bar in fullscreen:

gconftool-2 -s /apps/osso/xterm/toolbar -t bool "false"

Invoking this command once makes the bottom bar always hidden when starting new xterm and going fullscreen (bool "true" to disable). When fullscreen press CTRL+Backspace to display task switcher / close window.
