Flickr API went SSL-only starting from June 2014. Quite recently maemo users managed to update the n900 version of QuickFlickr client to support SSL.
Would anyone here be interested in updating the N9 version? It used to be a great app and Marko, the original developer dropped the project years ago.

Most of all - it has a "photos taken nearby" feature, which I find very useful. The other thing is specific navigation - you swipe through the menu and it dynamically updates contents above. The only downside is lack of uploading photos, but I'd rather store my DSLR content on Flickr anyway. Take a look at one of the early versions here:
