so since ovi store closed, how can one get sportstracker (www.sports-tracker.com) for n9? tried contacting them on twitter, didn't even get a reply.

sportstracker was on now closed OVI store.
You might consider using MeeRun from openrepos.net.
Or have a look on archive.org, by archiveteam.org (reference).
Or just throw me a PM with your e-mail.

where it saves the data the app sports-tracker?
I answer myself:
In that folder are the .dat files. not gpx files. Is there a way to convert to .gpx files? I don't know.
