Use the sticker in the box and place it in your favorite landscape orientation over the hardly visible Jolla logo. Problem fixed!

I have to disagree about the buttons.
For me it looks like Jolla has given up the whole idea with unique UI and now going android UI route.
This is probadly because end users are stupid. "Hey where are the buttons, it does not look like android blablabla"
Now they implement similar ugly rectangles like everyone else and the developers will not think when they design they'r apps and will use it everywhere even where they should not.
By that I don't try to point any finger at devs on TMO
