I'm using a flip case (book type for those who want one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/230461283404) but when calling and if my brick is in my coat pocket, it auto-unlocks causing it to 95% of the times to miss the call or reject it.

Wat do, tmo?

Try qslideanswer. That doesn't solve the auto-unlock but it does solve the 'one click to answer'.

If the IR sensor in the top corner is closed the screen should stay locked.

Have you checked this works?

Maybe the case is made from some super absorbent material. You can try some sticker at the place covering the sensor.

The proximity sensor works fine, but it's the unlock thing that bugs me.
