Adapter is fixed on device. It comes attached to device.
Jtag is only for debugging right? Isn't same as rs232...
Where can I connect it? On what hardware? Without Lauterbach...
What software can i use for it? Any idea...
If you can explain me in details please.

You can (i suppose, i dont have this) use the jtag to directly program the flash chip. Say, recover from even the worst hard-brick, since you direvtly connect to the NAND.
Yes, you need a jtag programmer, and soft. Something like this http://www.modularcircuits.com/blog/...ag-programmer/

I think you need Phoenix service software and possible some box that connects your jtag/pc/Phoenix altogether
