they are ignoring refund options even though they had it before, and then they suddenly declare it "out of option". At least from Jolla support email that I've got from them.

No disrespect meant; but this is the first I've heard of refunds being "out of option".

I think prometheus is referring to this post: http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php...06#post1492306 which indicates there is at least temporary hold on refunds.
