Yep. Your revision is 2204.

Now I think this is the best revision out there in terms of quality control. My reasoning is well, personal experience. Owned 3 N900s (2101, 2104, 2204) and the first two won't OC past 805MHz. I also had to fix my 2104's USB port, and the screen on the 2101 developed dead pixels on the upper right corner.

2204 though, still running like a champ, undervolts and overclocks to the limits, and still rocking a solid USB port.

Funnily enough my best (and oldest, since 2010) N900 is also HW revision 2204. Lost the USB port after 2 years though, and now it seems to be developing the GSM issue. Either that or the batteries are losing their power... but it does overclock pretty well, where the other one I had got wrecked in 2013 with the GSM issue and couldn't OC past 850Mhz (it still works other than that though).

I have three N900s, all 2101. All overclock just fine, doing 900MHz easily when pushed, although I am gentle to them and do not push. The telephony and USB on all three is also still intact.

As I said, just a theory based on personal experience and what I've seen on the interwebs.

Can you go 1150MHz on ULV/Starving?

(I know we're diverting from the main topic; sorry for that)

This is probably because of me, but I think it's somehow related, cause n900s and n9s suffer from similar problems.

I can go to fixed CPU at 1150 (min 1150 and max 1150) with all voltage profiles and no problems. For day to day I use my primary n900 fixed at 1000mhz and starving voltage for some time with no problems at all and I really do hope that it will stay that way

Regarding N9's, my experience is that rev. 1603's are among the most rugged version; no electromechanical problems and they are most reliable to boot with any OS.

I have now two N900 / HW 2101 with telephony disabled,
overclocking limited to 850/900 as above unstable.
Currently using a HW rev 2204 (recovered from a 2101 backup). Having high hopes this will last until Neo900 is available. Else I have another one

My in-use N9 is 1601 and rock solid.
(Apart from broken sim tray hooks, so SIM does not hold on its own
and some broken out edges. Which I normally do repair with epoxy glue and duct tape)

Never had any USB port prob as I filed down all my plugs.

And (not so) solid N950s? :P
