"Good" thing is that now a lot of developer are looking for a job in Finland. Maybe Nokia/Jolla can aquiere some of the best.

I think the only chance Nokia have is some revolutionary. If not there are only some another Android Phone fabricant and that, the Chinese are good and cheaper.

Nokia betrayed its customer base.

What they expected from betraying their customers
is difficult to understand.

Well, Nokia is not phones anymore - so whether it still brands (Android or whatever) devices - isn't really relevant.

So... are you including the Nokia Board of Directors in this equation?

Nokia Board of Directors invited Elop who invited Microsoft that launched the N9 in just a few isolated markets that killed MeeGo that birthed Mer that birthed Sailfish that didn't deliver the Jolla Tablet but has the incoming Intex inspired Jolla C that is being released in limited markets while Sailfish has been forked by Russia who's invested into Sailfish and now effectively represent the majority of the Jolla Board of Directors (in terms of influence)...

Full circle... almost

7.8 Billion dollar write off makes Windows RT and that 1.1 Billion write off in/around Surface initially looks minor now.

So TOS chosen for next Nokia phone
I think Application Systems Heidelberg would be happy to convert their TOS variant MagiC for new hardware.

I think that TOS is most fully documented OS in world (much better documented that Linux, really (source code is not documentation!)): http://toshyp.atari.org/en/index.html
