It's not. There's also Ubuntu Touch. But if you'd have said Sailfish is the most useful OSS mobile system we have right now, I'd be inclined to agree

If it was available, I sure would participate.
I have had no problems in the past with such endeavours.

Well, actually, Jolla have also said no-one wants it when they admitted recently there is no mass market for Sailfish OS and changed their focus to B2B and B2G

Or closed up If a successful company like Pebble is closing shop, what makes an underdog like Jolla think that they can do it better? It's not like they've been known for a solid business strategy.

I was joking.

Anyway, there is market for watches, it just isn't that big. There are Apple and Samsung zealots that won't go for something else, but there are also plenty of people that want an always on watch that can work a week without charging it and most of them don't want an ugly Fitbit device. I'm one of them for instance

Also the community doesn't seem to like Fitbit that much.

In any way I prefer a flashable image for some watch, than another failed Kickstarter

I had actually pre-ordered a Pebble myself :-(

So on the lookout for something else...where's the Jolla kickstarter campaign again?
