As some of you may have read, Juiceme is travelling in Germany since
sunday to help his brother buy a (shiny) car.
They found a decent one in Düsseldorf and we had the chance to meet yesterday and today for some really nice discussions accompanied by Alt & Kölsch and finnish Vodka.

It was a blast and i can only recommend maemoneans to meet in person if you ever have the slightest chance.
I wanted to take some photos of us sightseeing, but we had such a nice time that i totally forgot until we did this hasty Jolla C selfie in front of the river rhine before they departed back to finnland.

Have a save journey Juice!

That's great! I hope you enjoyed Finnish vodka. Since vodka in Finland is one of the most expensive vodkas in Europe, it should be premium quality :P.

Anyway, thanks for sharing. These kinds of posts bring good feelings.

Why all the way in Germany?
Must be an exclusive (read: expensive) car

Appreciated big time! I will keep it in the back of my head

If any of you needs a driver through wicked one-way infested düsseldorf traffic or a place to recharge your caravan, you know who to contact

His brother has a good taste regarding recent bmw.
I understood it was like 20 to 30% cheaper than to buy in finnland.

It was absolutely crazily good luck to meet with @mosen, as we both are in the new council. And thousand thanks for accommodating our travelling band

I can heartily recommend meetups of fellow Maemo people, all that I have met in person have turned out to be of the nicest people and we always have had fun!
And my son especially enjoyed your sushi lesson

Indeed; the more expensive the car is, the larger is the difference in price when compared to what the same car would cost. For same price or less you will get a less driven and better equipped car, even when the additional car-tax of finland is taken into account.
And some models are so hard-to-come-by you cannot really get them at all as used in Finland.

Maybe for 2018 we can plan something for the Oktoberfest
I cannot offer lodging but will gladly pay for some beers!
