The way to fix these errors it so easy:
Install N9QT open it and from the menu: K - Create Backup --> T --> QQ --> 1. Remove packages --> 3. (will remove completely the Twitter app)
after that:
~ $ aegis-apt-get update
~ $ aegis-apt-get upgrade (here your missing apps will be installed back)
~ $ aegis-apt-get install usbutils
#Install back all the twitter packages
~ $ aegis-apt-get install twitter*
Enjoy
