this was just confirmed. Rostelecom have bought 75% of OMP and Votron.

Both. Rostelecom is government backed. So more money, but also more bureaucracy and anti-FOSS strategy.

Isnt it already established that Putin is indirecly head of jolla and therefore Sailfish via the board of directors answering directly to the president of the Russian federation?
