Snow? Cool. In more than one way.
I feel suspicious on that memory to weight calculation. 4GB is 4GB, whether the information is meaningful in any sense or random junk. "Full" or "empty" makes no difference.

No, I am not saying that. I do not know enough to make that kind of statements. Please read my post carefully. I am saying that if information weighs something, then any information would weigh the same, whether it is "useful" or not. A 1MB file is a 1MB file, whether it contains a Shakespeare's sonet, a picture of a cat or random noise.
