heh, you must have been a joy on xmas even as a kid

First quarter, Q1: 1 January – 31 March (90 days or 91 days in leap years)
Second quarter, Q2: 1 April – 30 June (91 days)
Third quarter, Q3: 1 July – 30 September (92 days)
Fourth quarter, Q4: 1 October – 31 December (92 days)

So unfortunately, we'll need more patience. And based on the leaked image I think it will be closer to march. Some element seem still in progress to me.

If Fx qualify for an top five position is still unknown. Is this a toy or a quality device is still unknown.

Someone said this was Q1 ready? It’s Q1 but is it ready?

Will we see ChenFx @ MwC? Any news on that?

How long it's usually take's when product is announced/released -> one can buy it? - month, 3 months, 6 months, year or "soon"?

Depends. But usually the best is to keep quiet until you are ready to ship it. Less time between announcement and shipment is best from a market perspective. Unless you have plenty of money and sales channLs to prep and educate. And that’s not the case here...

So hopefully a week or two maybe. Unless the device needs some kind of funding or support.

In this case I think chen might ship it to a select few possibly. And not a Big Bang. This is of course not the best...

You are right, I haven't.

But it only confirms my point. A slider is a bad design choice.

I'd rather they bring back the N950 legacy and not the E7. Unless you prefer Symbian OS! Just kidding! However, I do hope there is more space between top row of keyboard and the part of phone with screen as indicated in picture. Not enough room to type there...

Well pointed @shaihkritzer and @mscion

The picture that was circulated was the early proto almost 2 month ago... We have made various improvement since then, and this was one of the parts that was noticed and improved.

But well spot and thanks for pointing out!

Don't know if you are still typing, but what about the elephant in the room
e.g. Livermoriums -> designed by N97/N950/E7 involved people claim that sparked Wows and Awwws.
Are you able to give any more details at this point in time?
