Hi. CompUSA stores should still have the N810:

Check this page for your closest store location:

A word of caution about CompUSA: Late last year CompUSA began liquidating and closing almost all of their stores due to financial trouble. Tiger Direct announced the purchase of 16 of the remaining stores along with the intention of keeping the "CompUSA" brand alive. However, I would be cautious about purchasing anything from them, especially big-ticket items like the N810, until everything has settled down and you can be sure you're not going to get screwed if things go south. I'd hate to purchase a new IT, a month later have a problem with it, and find out the store I bought it from no longer exists.

FWIW, I just received my new N810 today from OverStockDealz.com....

Got great price on it, only $300 plus shipping (no sales tax for me...).

I ordered the one they call 'N810R' on their website which shows the price as $349. However, I used their 'Make Offer' button and offered them $300 and they accepted....

For those wondering, like I did, I called them and they said that these are new in box N810's which they bought in bulk from a retailer. They put 'Like new' on their webpage as they don't personally inspect every N810 box, so it's just to cover themselves...however, they pointed out that you have 14 days just in case you wanted to return unit.

The other N810 on their site is called out as N810RB, this they said is still a new unit, but either an open box or demo unit. So, price is a bit lower....

My N810 arrived today and was new in the box, never opened, so, all is good so far and N810 is charging up as I type this....

So, I can recommend that you check them out....

HTH,

Mark

Hard to say as you didn't say what card you are trying to use...

I assume that you mean that you are coming to USA sometime soon and want to buy when you are here.

I think that if you can provide a real US shipping address to use, then some companies may ship it to you there.

However, some companies will check with your credit card company to see if the shipping address is on file with your credit card company. If it is not listed with them, then they may not ship it to that address.

HTH.

A couple of things you could try...

1. Buy a VISA gift card for cash and then use that to purchase your N810 online.

2. Create a PayPal account with a local address and bank account. It might be extra work to set it up, but most banks will give you a free checking account. Use that to set up a PayPal account and make payment via PayPal (buy.com accepts paypal payments).

3. Use your credit card at a bank to purchase traveler's checks, which could be used at a store.

4. Sign up for a Google Checkout account, which does accept foreign payments. Google Checkout will also give you a $10 discount on your first purchase. Again, buy.com accepts Google Checkout and usually has low prices.

Good Luck!
