Really, objectively (or?), N900 has a nice picture quality despite the "low" resolution.
I also preferred its picture look compared to the SFOS XA2.
But go ahead, Maemish! Some made nice pictures even with a shoebox!

Only two though. Difficult to choose the winner for this comp.
Ric9K - Nice use of the makro feature depicting a 'wild' insect in an industrialised(?) setting.

Fellfrosch - Definitely 'wild' with no signs of human intervention. Shame the Bigfoot's weren't out that day, eh?

Well, I'm gonna go with the votes and declare ric9K the winner of February's competition.
Congrats.
Thank you stickymick,
Hm, winner with one vote and two pics...
One more concurrent to eliminate and I'll be the winner every month
C'mon girls, guys! Where are you all?

Caught wild butterfly this morning on snow

Snapped with Xperia 10II. Cropped & adjusted in Gimp.

She was pretty cold and could barely move, as she'd landed on the shadowy side of the house. Picked her carefully up and transported to the sunlight side where she quickly recovered and took to flight.

It's because you don't have https - most browser simply ignore such content nowadays, and if you embed it as an image it'll just disappear.
A direct link is better in that case.

I'm sure there's a switch somewhere in FF (or Chrom/e/ium) settings to re-enable mixed content, but that's the situation most users will be in.
It's sad because because "trusted" SSL certificates are clearly big business. Passive content without client-side scripting doesn't really require all that, but otoh the possibility of a MITM attack is still there.
Personally, I just bit the bullet and now spend ~25€/year on a certificate, but you can also use Letsencrypt for free. I hear they have it all automated so you basically just "install Letsencrypt".
