I don't know if it's Ubuntu Linux that is messed up but I can't delete any files on my N810 that I put on there from my Ubuntu computer. Same thing happens with my external hard drive too. What really kills me is the fact that all the files have me listed as the owner of the files yet I can't do anything to them. When I do the following command,
Code:
sudo rm filename
It still won't doesn't delete files. Any one got an idea why this is so?

As a side note, this kinda crap never happen with Gentoo Linux. Oh how I wish I had Gentoo on my computer.

::attempts to delete mp3 from Nokia N810:: Son of a B..... It deleted it. This makes me even madder since it's not acting the same way every time. The last time I tried to delete a file using both my Nokia and my Ubuntu computer, it stated that I didn't have permission too delete them.

I really hate how I can't su and just change the file permissions. I really don't like how I didn't have to set up a root password when I installed Ubuntu. Something is very very fishy with Ubuntu. I've been using a Linux OS since 2003 and never had a version not let me set up a root account when I installed Linux.
