Hi guys from Canola, thank you for the great player. Can i get the latest canolad source (since it is OSS)? The source on your site is hopelessly outdated (1.0).

I just want it to check what is the reason that GnomeVFStab is not loaded correctly in 2007HE.

Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, I am not a Canola developer (oh Brazil ...), but this could be useful for you:

http://repository.maemo.org/extras/pool/$DISTRO/free/source/c/canolad/

where $DISTRO = gregale, bora, chinook.

I found the problem - my 2007HE wasn't recognised as such and daemon.py was trying to start the inotify backend.

Now Canola starts but i'm facing another problem - when trying to start a video, canola spews a GetDurationError. Seems like it can't get the movie duration through dbus and skips to the next movie. Any hints? is mplayer-backend.py OSS?
