I did a search on this and found no mention of this. I heard about this site from the Systm Videocast a few days ago. These mini Apps are great to carry around with you stored in a thumb drive or SD card. I know they are for Windows but besides the one's we now have can any off these other PortableApps be made to work on the NiT. I know nothing about scripts or writing programs so this is why I'm asking. Thanks for any info you provide.

Maybe a few like Audacity could be recompiled for N800.

You can extract/store PortableApps in NIT and use it with Windows PC as they are Windows application.

What about having portableapps run windows equivalent of NIT apps, but with your NIT data (browser bookmarks, ebooks, documents, & so on) when you plug your NIT onto a Windows machine? That'd be kinda cool too, no?
