So its the engine from OS2006. Hmm... So it will be better to distribute a deb without the opera files - both without licensing issues and to be possible to use the newer ones from the real OS2007.

I just have to check if it works with the latter. Does somebody have the real OS2007 ones to send me (my linux is still a bust and i don't know how to extract a fiasco on windows? on the topic - any Grub experts here? )

Oh this sounds good news! I love Opera and it's the only browser I tend to use day to day because of the speed, features and sticking to the standards more than the others. Indeed this post is being written for 9.5 beta on the Mac. I wish you lots of luck on this one as I'm very keen to download it for my new N810.

Btw. Have you asked Opera themselves? I have always found them approachable and clever people.

I can mount up the latest/last N800 OS2007 rootfs in Linux. PM or post here which files you want. (Hopefully, it should work (permissions are odd so I'll create a new user account. Also I could never copy off a OS2008 FS but OS2007 worked fine.)

Blagodarya btw, I wish I was here early to download your initial release

Hehe same here. I'm past caring unless I am told to take something down.

Believe me when I say that this isn't 9.5...
