I agree, it's very strange.

Update: That white box stayed up while it was in it's pouch- until I went to bed and the battery was dead- when I had first installed it- the city list would not always come up sometimes it would be behind under parts of the window, sometimes in pieces- after a while It would come up- after being locked out for a day and a half with just the white box- I was able to reboot by taking the battry out over and over until I timed it to where I could end the appelet before the white box popped up- I was then able to uninstall the program. I did really like it when it worked- now I'm affraid to reinstall. I'll keep a look out for future versions- thanks!

When I click on the arrows to cycle stations the please wait icon (self completing circle (at least it is'nt an hourglass)) fails to disappear when the action is completed and then becomes the most annoying cursor ever.

also in the settings window the arrow keys to change station order only display as half buttons.

Still a wonderful program
Hope you had a good vacation

Have fun
I have fixed the bug with arrow buttons (and updating button) and released version 0.20.3. Please check up it.

Vlad - Is there some way to use the n810's internal thermometer to give an aprox. temp of where the tablet is, and display it beside the today's weather logo?

I doubt.
Where do you propose to insert this temperature ? On the left, on the right, on top from 1-st icon?
Any ideas.

Vlad.
On this page, http://nitapps.com/, second app down the top, is a script te get the internal temperature on the n810, and it states, "N810 (and probably other Nokia tablets) also have an internal temperature sensor. Because tablets generate very little heat when idle, you can use this sensor to measure ambient temperature. internal-temp is a command-line tool to read the sensor."

Hope this helps.

Sorry for the late reply but I was out of the country, and had no way of checking internet, maybe besides the Location name, something like Local temp:, maybe?

Next to the name of the weather station, maybe?

I took the liberty to photoshop some screenshots from the omweather web page to show you the results.

It is very good suggestion particularly in popup window. But I think "may be to make one more icon last in desktop form". To create 4 icons:
1. Chip with icicle
2. Simple chip
3. Chip, cloud and sun
4. Chip and sun

And show their depends on the temperature inside the device.

Well... you are the programmer, so you decide, but my proposal should be easier to implement.

In any case, my constraints were:
-easy to read
-should not take extra screen space
-should not imply vast changes in the programm code.

BTW, about screen space: I normally only use 3 icons. I don't have much space for more, and 3 days previsions are already very innacurate, so...
