i bought a N800 a few days ago, i took it out to put on a screen protector and flash it to os2008, and after about 20 mins of use.. i found that this just isnt for me.

hopefully someone will benefit from my loss and pick up a good deal.

i bought this from CompUSA, and i have the reciept and all, so you'll defintely have one year warranty from Nokia. ($219)

The paperwork that came with that brand new N800 clearly indicates that the warranty is non-transferrable. ...thus, "you'll definitely not have one year warranty from Nokia" is the phrase you should have used.

well since the warranty is non-transferable, i would be willing to work it out with the buyer and Nokia for that matter, as long as its covered in the warranty.
