The Think Outside is quite expensive! $149. Is there any less expensive option?

Apple sells their BT keyboard for $59. It is huge, weighs a ton and eats batteries like candy--but it will work with a 770.

Hey, if you don't mind hunting around Ebay, keep your eyes out on it, and keyword "thinkoutside stowaway".

...I ended up finding a perfectly good one rebadged as a Dell (I forget the model number). This one was only $30.00, because the decals on the keys are for a Spanish Layout- a few keys are off, but I memorized the standard english keyboard layout anyways.

If you can find the dell model, it is a perfect visual match for the Nokia 770; black, aluminized, looks JUST like it was made for it.
Anyway you look at it, if you can set your alarm for t minutes before auction time is over, you'll probably find a perfectly good thinkouside stowaway bluetooth (don't get the infrared!!) for 60.00 or so.

heck, thanks to the 2006 os bug, I have even gotten real fast at turning off the bluetooth on the keyboard BEFORE I enter a search query (particularly if it is google...)

Hi guys
I recently bought the Freedom keyboard, stupidly assuming it would work with my 770. I've read all the threads I can find but was wondering if there is a simple way of getting it to work??

Thanks

Same here. I found a dell branded thinkoutside stowaway on ebay for $50 buy now. Must say it works great but would really like one a bit smaller.

Check the forum. I asked the same question a while back. Short answer: it is possible, but needs MWBU (More Work By User).

...

1.) Has anyone used a 3rd party bluetooth GPS module with the 770 IT?

2.) Can the winshield mount be purchased separately from the LD-3W navigation pack? Are there any compatible generics out there?

I guess that was 3 questions...thanks for your support!
