Hi everybody.
I ordered a software for Palm at http://www.mobisystems.com. And I got a *.sit file from downloading step.
But I don't know what kind is it. 'cause I tried to run it with Garnet VM on N800, but this emulator didn't recognize this file.
How can I use this file?
Anybody can answer this question for me?
Thanks.

A *.sit file is a Macintosh archive file compressed using Stuffit.

You can decompress an SIT file on Windows with Stuffit Expander...

oh thanks.
I have just solve successfully this problem ^^
Now I can process Microsoft Office file types on my N800.It's great!

But...I don't know where is the place on N800 that Garnet VM uses to be the root folder. 'Cause I can't see any-file on my N800 via Garnet VM.

I think it can access one SD slot, but maybe not both? I'm not real sure, though...

I don't think that the garnet virtual machine can access the tablet's filesystem yet. It can only access it's own garnet virtual filesystem.

What type of file, exactly, are you trying to use? Is it a Palm OS program with the filename extension .prc? If you have installed Palm Desktop on your PC, Windows will automatically associate .prc files with it, and the application should be automatically installed on the GVM during the next HotSynch operation.
